On September 4th, 2018, Typhoon Jebi severely damaged many historical buildings in Kyoto, including Shunkoin Temple.

We finished temporariry repairs of the main hall and open for meditation classes and other activities at the temple. Our guest house and garden had no damage.

Now, we are raising funds for the repair of our temple and other historical buildings. Your contributions can help restore and preserve this irreplaceable landmark for future generations.
