Bamboo Leaf, 'Sasa'


A bamboo leaf is used for various ways in Japan. In the Shintoism, bamboo leaf is believed to protect you from evil spirits because of its sharpness like a blade.


We also used bamboo leaves for Japanese cuisine. We wrap seafood or dumplings when you seam them.
