Currently, I teach a Zen meditation class in sevral locations.  Most classes are held in Kyoto, Japan. Sometimes, I go to Phoenix or Los Angeles to have a seminar there.

I think Zen is not only a Buddhist practice.  It should not be religious. Zen should be practiced by all sorts of people. When I have a seminar in Phoenix, most of participants are Christian.  Yet, we also have Muslim participants or Hindu participants, too. 

Zen is casual and easy. You can practice anytime and anywhere.
