It's been a week since my grandmother's funeral. Yet, in Kyoto, Japan, the mourning period is 49 days. And in every week till the 49th day after someone's death, we have a small ceremony.  As soon as we finish one, we have to prepare for another.

But, I have to live my normal life, too.  I have Zen class to teach and help management of the school and temple.

I am bit tired. Fortunately, Zen meditation helps me to relax and rest myself.  I don't have time to do Zen in a traditional style. Yet, this "anytime & anywhere" style is really working.
